We redesigned Cisco’s incident response experience around analysts’ tasks, bringing risk prioritization, investigation context, and response actions into a connected workflow. Progressive disclosure and contextual guidance helped shape an experience that serves both novice and experienced analysts.
We worked across Cisco’s cybersecurity product teams to define a shared platform model and architecture. We then brought it to life through canonical objects, unified navigation, contextual recommendations, and cross-product onboarding that carries configuration between services.
String was a text messaging tool for professionals, and as it matured it started to feel like feature soup. Drawing on 100+ onboarding calls and support emails, I consolidated three look-alike automations into a single Auto Replies section, with setup screens that spell out what each one does in plain English.
